A few days ago I saw your promo video on the Netflix documentary on your Youtube channel. While it got me pumped for the doc (and both my wife and I watched and loved it!), the edit of the promo video seemed a bit off at some points, especially at the end where it’s mainly you talking directly to the camera.

So I took the liberty to “fix” the main problem: when cutting between the wide and closer shots of you talking to the camera, the eye-line is not consistent. Every time you cut between the two interview cameras, the viewer has to search briefly for your eyes.

This is a simple fix which makes for a better watching experience. I hope you can pass this along to your editor (or hire me for future videos 😉).
